Sugar Free Chocolates

I had some sugar free chocolates yesterday as a treat. Now, not only am I sick as a dog but it made my blood sugar high!!!

Was sugar free ashers chocolates. Mostly cause all of mine taste like poo. I ate to many and now my stomach hurts so bad I cant stand up straight.

beebs , that sucks I hope you get better real soon. Every time i get sick my BG would go up real high. Again my 2 cents. pass some gas that might make your belly fill better.

If sweetened with Malitol or Sorbitol be careful to watch the serving size. These have been used as childhood laxatives for years.You`ll b ok soon Beebs

    I got a kick out of your story. But I did fill bad for ya. My wife did the same thing after I warned her.Sugar free chocolate is bad in large quantity's. She ate it on the way to work then called me whining all day. I felt bad for her when it happened, but it was kind of funny especially if ya knew my wife ;D
