Any low-carb-a-thon menus ideas for someone who doesn't eat eggs or tofu? I have noticed there isn't a lot of bacon listed. Is bacon okay for breakfast? THANKS!

Bacon is fine for breakfast but so is a hamburger patty.  No rules on what works for what meal.

You can look back at our previous posts here to see what we ate.  I sometimes ate pepperoni sticks (or slices) and pepper jack cheese sticks! I don't always eat typical breakfast foods in the morning. It is so much more fun and there are so many more options that way.
