Am I the only one still doing this?

From last Wednesday to today, I am down 4 pounds!

I'm still doing it, but haven't lost an ounce, but I haven't been as low carb as I wanted and yesterday I was having a 'taco' salad at a restaurant and suddenly tasted a bean so I don't know what I did to myself. I forgot to post my meals for a couple days. I can try to catch up - or are we done?

I like the results I am seeing since I have been very attentive to the carbs, so I am not done. Anybody can jump right in at any time!

Here is a link so you can see what I mean by pepperoni stick:  http://www.hormel.com/products/Variety.aspx?ID=3

Thanks owensmath.  Did you notice the reply to an old post that you started regarding Coconut Oil.  It is in the General Discussion.

I plan to get some of the pepperoni stick next time at store.  I have Johnsonville Deli Bites original summer sausage  http://www.johnsonville.com/products/original-deli-bites.html
