Donna, couldn't help but notice you had no breakfast or lunch  :-\ I myself have been known to skip both as well, usually when I've had a heavy meat meal the night before or when I'm running so fast I simply forget to eat. Truth is if I'm not hungry I won't eat. What happened with you yesterday?

Just wanted to prove to myself that I can do it. I wasn't even hungry at dinner, but my blood sugar was 60, so I ate a bacon cheeseburger.

I'm still struggling with this. It's getting better but I still need to cut down on the amount of food I eat. I don't feel like I need that much because I'm always full (nourished too? could that be why?)

I'm contributing to the survival of the planet because I'm consuming much less. Still playing with the amounts though.

This sounds like a natural progression to me, Waterlilly.  You know all about learning by doing and applying what you are learning to your next decision.  Congratulations on gaining some more FTS maturity.
