I love this    I hope Pat did finally read the book though Doug, to know that it is a lifestyle change and that we are not

LOL   Yes .....this is low carb but it isn't the "Atkins Diet"  I think to many folks get caught up in that "Diet" word  Like with Atkins you have different rungs or phases and you start adding things in.... simply put if you start back eating high carb, high starch foods you are going to gain again.  Thank you Doug and Umpa for all your hard work...I have been blessed to have found you guys and FTS
