Hey Phil....I just saw another post on flavored seltzers or seltzers with SF syrup.  You might want to try that instead of drinking the diet soda.  I remember an interview with Richard Simmons and he said his weight stalled and he realized that it was because of all the diet soda he was consuming. I think Doug also mentioned that you need to watch that because of the artifical sweetner.  Seltzer water has no carbs or artificial sweetner but will still give you the feel of a soda from what I read online about it.  I'm going to pick up some tomorrow and try it!  If it's not sweet enough I'd recommend adding Stevia (plant derived) as it's all natural and no carbs and much better for you than artifical.
