  good morning,

 cheated a little yesterday , it was mothers day, some curly fries,  macaroons,  how bad are store bought macaroons, only gained a pound and a half, I  should loose it today , please advise.

Like Umpa said, you'll be fine! ;)

But one thing to keep in mind when eating high-carb food, folks sometimes find themselves detoxing from sugar again.
And progress can be disrupted from a couple days to as much as 10-14 days! :o
The degree of this is effected by many factors... So be careful tempting fate.

The good news is by getting back on FTS, progress will be restored! ;D
What you do today is what matters!
