What a difference a year makes!

It's my one year FTS anniversary.  A year ago I walked out of my doctor's office and went low carb cold turkey.  In fact, my last non-FTS meal was a turkey sandwich.  It's a bit like remembering where you were when you heard about 9/11 or, if you are old enough, Kennedy's assasination.

Anyway, my sincere thanks to all who participate in this forum.  This place helped me realize FTS could be a lifestyle, not a diet.  I'm less than 4 pounds from my goal weight.

Here's a picture after 80 pounds lost! :o  ;D

Thanks for the technical assistance, Doug.  I'm embarassed to admit I make a living sitting at a computer and couldn't figure out how to resize my picture. 

Thanks, Tony, but we were born in the same year.  I have a few more wrinkles because the fat that used to smooth them out is part of the 80 pounds.

To re-size a picture open it in Microsoft picture manager, click edit, crop it to your liking then click re-size. choose a pre-defined size from the list like web-small. Save the re-sized pic as a different name so the original picture is left untouched.  In the end when you go to exit the program it will ask you if you want to save your changes, it's referring to the original pic...say no and close out

What is that (gift wise) for a One Year Anniversary at FTS (like Paper for 1st Wedding Anniversay)?
Perhaps 'GG Crispbread' Anniversary or 'Zero (no guilt)' Anniversary, 'SF Cupcake' Anniversary?
