I haven't seen this one before but I'm not sure how they can claim that a product with a sugar alcohol has no digestive effect.  Really?  Erythritol is a smaller molecule than xylitol so some people tolerate it better, but that's not a guarantee.

I still like Zero the best.  Almost time to reorder.

I was thinking the same thing Andrea  :-\  I for one have issues with erythritol it's just that I can have more of it before it bothers me....  :P  I like using the liquid sucralose better as well (I haven't been able to try the zero yet, I have a different brand at the moment ;) )  I was just curious to see what others thought about it.  It might be something to think about if a recipe called for a powdered sugar substitute.  Hmmm just thinking out loud....

Haven't seen or heard of this brand.  Erythritol doesn't seem to bother me like the xylitol can.   :)

I agree that erythritol is better than xylitol in terms of digestion and I do use it occasionally to get that powdered sugar dusting.  I have a shelf full of sugar substitutes and like liquid sucralose the best.

Hi Shawn! :)

This stuff looks interesting... But I'm sticking with my FTS Zero.
It's the best and most versatile sweetener you can get! :) :) :)

Like Andrea, I occasionally use erythritol as a powdered sugar substitute.
It's not as sweet as xylitol. But works great for the "powdered sugar" presentation effect.
I bought a 1 pound bag about a year ago, and still have more than 3/4 left! 8)

This is directly from Wikipedia;

" Flatulence-producing foods are typically high in certain polysaccharides, (especially oligosaccharides)"

oligosaccharides are the second ingredient in this sweetener behind Erythritol which also causes a gas effect in some people.

My daughter was stationed on that aircraft carrier when that picture was taken.
She sent it to me during a tour in the Middle East somewhere in the eastern Mediterranean.

She said that this sort of fooling around for a laugh was quite common.
She claimed it help keep everyone sane after months of bobbing around and not seeing land for months on end.

That's cool Tony!  It's a 6 degrees of separation moment.  My niece was on a carrier in the Mediterranean from 2002 to 2006.
