Pre-packaged snackies on hand... aka yummy stuff I don't have to make for myself. ;D I can't wait for you guys to cut a deal with a commercial bakery and start shipping out the goodies! :)

There isn't much that I miss but from time to time I would love to have a cookie that has a crunch like an Oreo.  With the flours we use to keep them low enough in carbs to be worth having it is hard to get them to stay crispy  :-\

You know they make a cookie dehydrator. They are about 2 inches by 2 inches and you heat them up.You put them in with your cookies and they suck out the moisture TooSweet ;) I have some in Florida, next time I am in town ii will pick some up and see if they work for chocolate cookies.Werent oreos a chocolate hazelnut? :)

This is probably the only legitmate use of sugar a person on fts would have - if you put 2-4 sugar cubes in the container with your cookies they should not go soggy. The cubes actually absorb any moisture.  Old household tip.
If you want to keep cake (mainly fruitcake - which isn't really fts) moist you keep a slice of white bread (also not fts) in the container.

Yes indeedy.  On the occasions I've used it, it did well.  Even the fruit cake, which I was skeptical about - because the cake was a bit on the dry side anyway - worked.

I would love a soy based, very low carb, wheat free wrap or bread substitute. I've decided to give up wheat completely and I can't find any LC bread substitutes that don't contain wheat.  It would also be lovely to have premade meals, like lean cuisines, that I could just grab. There are a few out there, such as LC chili, but the wraps would make life much easier.

This looks interesting Waterlilly Tortillas Primal Paleo Low Carb Gluten Free! Yummy Mexican Food!  I bet you could use the soy flour or even flax.  Honestly I still just love to use the romaine lettuce.  I was shocked when I was on vacation and a waiter asked me if I wanted some when I told him I didn't want the tortillas.  I with that restaurant was closer to me  :-\  Also don't forget about the one minute muffins  ;D
