I do the same thing Waterlily! I am very picky about what I put in my body and the labels seem to change ;)

Hi Waterlily! :)

I shop just like you, too!

You're shopping the way everyone trying to lose weight (or keep it off) should be shopping.
What you do today is what matters!

Well it's good to know I'm not alone! Sometimes I feel like the weirdo  :-[ in the store who has to study everything before it goes in my cart. I try to be slick about it. Except today I bugged the deli lady for the label to the chicken salad and explain that it wasn't "bad" as she said because it is high fat, but rather "good" for me because it has only 2 carbs per serving.

My 8 and 6 year old granddaughters got home from a 2 week trip to visit family and go to camp in Minnesota.  There were so many stories and experiences to hear about.  I love every age but the elementary school years are wonderful.  They bring another view of the world into play.

Visiting the family farm is pretty boring.  The family owns the land but doesn't farm anymore so it's just a house in the middle of no where to them.  My daughter wants them to feel a connection to that part of their roots so she's found a camp that she hopes to make an annual thing for them.  I think it's a great idea.
