I was starting to really ask myself "why" a lot the last couple of months too.
I really know what it's like to have some doubts.
Then suddenly this week, out of nowhere... I dropped 3.6 more pounds!!!
Yesterday, I was watching the 700 Club while eating breakfast, and listened to Drew Manning's story of going from fit, to FAT, to fit again.
I thought, "Why would ANYONE, let alone a personal trainer who's physically fit, purposely gain 75 pounds?".
In his journey back and forth, he describes feelings and experiences that many of our FTS family members describe... including myself!
