1 Umpa McBiscuit - 0 carbs
black coffee 2/ 2T. sf torani syrup & 2 T heavy cream - 0 carbs
8 cheddar pork rinds - 0 carbs
Katary's better than yogurt - .5 carbs
protein shake;
12oz unsweetened almond milk (0 carbs),
1T Walden Farms choc. syrup (0 carbs),
3 spoons of soy protein powder (0 carbs),
2T beanit butter (0 carbs)
1 grilled chicken breast w/Walden Farms honey barbque sauce - 0 carbs
1/2 serving of leftover squash casserole - 1.5 carbs
decaf coffee same as morning - 0 carbs
3 pieces Extra sugarfree keylime pie gum - 0 carbs
90oz ice water
3.7 carbs for the day!
I know that I also need to get more sleep, so I will try to do that starting tonight!!
