2 months and the dress

As many of you know 2 months ago I started FTS after gaining excess amount of weight after I was "sick last summer as well as to get into a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in Mexico. After only being on FTS for one month the dress was able to zip and I was thrilled. This weekend marked the 2 month mark of my new FTS lifestyle and one day before I leave for Mexico for my sisters big day. I tried the dress on one more time  today and what a difference an additional  month has made. The dress fits like it did  when I got it last summer : ) I am confident yet slightly nervous about going to an all inclusive resort for fear of not being able to find something to fit my needs, but I know that I have the tools to make the best choices possible. I will post pics when I get back next week! Here's to 20lbs gone forever ! Blessing friends

Stephanie that is absolutely fabulous!!  I can't wait to see the pictures!!   Have a wonderful time and congrats to your sister  ;D

Just keep thinking meats and greens will keep you lean  ;) ;)  You will do just fine  :)
