Applebee resturant

Tonight, I went to Applebee resturant.  I ordered 9 oz of sirloin steak and shrimp - parmesean cheese on it.  I asked the waitress how many carb was the parmesen cheese.  She was kind enough to ask her manager and showed me the paper that had list of labels.  It was only 4 gram.  I requested her to removed mashed potatoe or baked potatoe - substitue with salad.  She was happy to do it.  The salad was like one cup size.  I didn't eat the whole steak - I cut in half.  And also I requested for broccoli.  I ate broccoli like 1/2 cup size.  I brought my own salad dressing with me for salad.  I have some left over.  The dinner was great!

I haven't found one yet that I can't find something to eat....or they are more than pleased to alter the menu for me.  These places like your money and more than once     I was blown over when a waiter asked if I wanted romaine lettuce leaves in place of tortillas    I can't remember the name of the place now (somewhere in Kansas City)....I sure wish they were closer to me
