Just wondering if steamed edamame with sea salt is alright to eat? And if so does anyone know how many net carbs it contains?

This is the info I found. I haven't eaten them since doing fts, so I can't speak from experience but it looks like steamed isn't too bad, as long as you're careful with portion size.

Hi cindle! :)

1/2 cup is considered an typical serving size for veggies.
Edamame has only about 2.5 net carb grams per 1/2 cup. So it's fine to eat.

And like Alicia said, watch portion sizes.
