Looks good but remember the first 3 days that Doug talked about in the book. You should not eat until your hungry and do not mistake thirst for hunger. Drink a bottle of water before eating and wait 15 mintutes to determine true hunger. It was a totally new concept for me because like most of us I always emotionally ate or ate out of boredom. Its ok not to eat 3 squared meals a day, actually a lot of us on here don't. I don't eat breakfast until about 11 or 12pm. I then eat again about 5 or 6pm on most days. Good luck to you! This is the simplest lifestyle EVER.

Hi cindle! :)

Stephanie is so right!... Eat ONLY when you're TRULY hungry and ONLY enough to satisfy that hunger.

Also remember that changing activity levels will effect your hunger levels.
When you're more active, you'll need more fuel than when you're not.

Water is our friend. ;)
It will help you lose weight and it will help you determine if your really hungry.

Thirst is easily confused with hunger.
Use water to help you determine what that "feeling" is that you're feeling.

What you do today is what matters!

The breakfast looks great! I imagine that after eating just that, you won't be hungry for HOURS!  ;D
