Got a package from netrition!

I received a package from netrition today.  I ordered GG Bran Crispbread, Sugar Free Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, High Fiber Hot Cereal, and Vermont Peanut Butter.  I ate cream cheese with GG Bran Crispbread - oh my! It was good! Also Reese candies - even better!!! lol I tasted a little bit of peanut butter - yummy!  I plan to eat hot cereal tmw morning if I feel better.

Watch out for those Sugar Free Reese's Peanut Butter Cups... They can be VERY habit forming!
Just remember that sweet treats are for occasional use only, and you'll do fine!

Habit forming isn't the only problem with sugar free candy like the Reese's peanut butter cups.  Eating more than the serving size can cause tummy issues. 

They are delicious, though, and a good way to treat yourself.

Yay!!! I can't wait until I hit my goal and can start adding back those goodies!! I love me some gg breadcrisps with beanit butter and my coffee in the morning! I know it's "okay" now but it sets me up to cravy the beanit butter throughout the day and it's too easy for me to give in.   Same with the peanut butter cups! Oh my...no way could I keep those in the house. They wouldn't make it a day!

I still make my own with Zero. I can't eat malitol it slays me!!

YAY!  I am just looking for a GOOD sugar free marshmallow. I love them!
