hi is there any dieters in the uk folling this program.as it seem a good diet but some foods are hard to get here and are rarther expensive

  yes ..i'm in england...i order some foodstuffs off avidlite...and low carb megastore..both are dear though for delivery...i also get the gg crispbread off the net...we don't have jicama..but can get aubergine/eggplant and courgettes/zucchini from supermarket...i'm still learning...most of the recipes are just differently named but once you work out what they are it's quite easy adapting...xx
