Frequency of weight-loss plateaus?
« on: September 21, 2012, 08:52:15 AM »
Hello FTS Family,

Quick question: how often do you hit a weight loss plateau? A couple of weeks ago, I was stuck at 210 lbs. Then I dropped a few lbs. down to my current 201/202. I've been stuck here for about a week. I really want to get under 200 lbs...haven't seen that in 10 years!

Is this normal? I haven't changed eating habits. And I'm exercising as well.

That is sooooo normal!  The good news is that plateaus are good for you.  Your body is adjusting to changes and probably losing inches.  You'll get to "onderland" soon.  This is God's way of making you appreciate it more.

You are doing just great.  I'll bet you're feeling terrific.  That's today's reward.  Smaller clothes will come a bit later.

Andrea is right on the money  ;D  I couldn't have said it better  ;)    Congrats on what you have achieved so far!!  Like Umpa said if you are concerned just post your menu.... carb creep happens to the best of us.  My guess is your body is just adjusting.
