1 cup lump crabmeat
1 egg
 ¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
6-8 large mushroom caps

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of crab, 1 egg, ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup chopped green pepper, and a ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese.  Place large mushroom caps on a cookie sheet. We use our Weber with indirect heat and mesquite charcoal to cook our turkeys.  It has a mild smoked flavor that we love.  Even the gravy is smoky.
