We love white pizza.  I haven't tried yet, but your recipe got me thinking.  A little mozzarella, ricotta, butter, cream, garlic, oregano, perhaps some spinach, all on a crisped low-carb tortilla.  Would this be in the realm of FTS possibility?

Heart healthy is a matter of overall health and lowered inflammation.  My "numbers" were pretty good pre-FTS but they are great after and I use butter all the time.

Be careful of the brainwashing of the established dietary community.  Heart healthy is part of it.

We have pizza once a week! Your ingredients sound fine. If I want thin crust I use a lavash. If i want deep dish Chicago style,I use the spinach bread recipe out of the Fat to Skinny Bakery Book. Suzannes uses disks of zucchini to make pizzas for her kids.Andrea is 100% correct about fats.The culprits in obesity are sugar,flour, and processed foods.

If I'm hungry for white pizza I just use alfredo sauce.  I almost prefer it anymore to the red sauce anyway.  Yummm  ;D

Almost Zero Carb Rich and Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients   

   1/4 cup salted butter
   1 cup zero carb heavy whipping cream
   1 clove garlic, crushed (1 net carb)
   1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
   1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
   1 teaspoon coarse cracked black pepper


Directions

1.   Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.
2.   Sauté garlic for 1 minute
3.   Wisk in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
4.   Add cheese and whisk quickly, making sure to melt the cheese completely.
5.   Stir in pepper and parsley and serve.

I could live on Alfredo sauce alone. What else do you put on your white pizza? What do you use for a crust?

My favorite is the Josephs pitas I find at Walmart.  The lavish works great too.  As for toppings....spinach or broccoli with grilled chicken and topped with a bit of mozzarella or what ever toppings I have that sounds good to me.  You really can't go wrong....it's all good  :D

Your alfredo recipe is very similar to mine, I just never make it because I'm married to a health nut (not sure how that happened). I need to convince him it's healthy after all. ;)
