I took leftover catchitoree (that doen't look right  :-\) mixed it with the pasta and covered the whole thing with  shredded mozzerella and baked it off until bubbly and of course servrd it with spinach bread dipped in olive oil, basil and romano. ;)
Tonight I have a dinner party and we are doing lamb kabobs with fresh cardamon,garlic and ginger mashed cauli,salad and for dessert banana cheesecake. ;)
