Carbs in Roast (rotisseried) Chicken

I have been putting zero carbs in when I have eaten roast chicken from the deli section of supermarkets.  Is this correct or is there some hidden carb count that I am not aware of. Goes without saying that I don't eat the stuffing, but do like the crispy skin. I have been tripped up on a few things recently so am making sure if this is still a viable option when out and about. If anyone can help - thanks.

Hi Morgan! :)

If the chicken is simply roasted and not processed, you're likely OK.
That assumes that they did not coat the bird with anything carby.

That's why I prefer roasting my own!

Plain roasted and lemon pepper are OK but watch out for BBQ sauce coated chicken that will contain sugar.  ;)
