It's very quiet today

I hope that means everyone is out having a wonderful relaxing time!!! 

I hate to say that I put on 2 lbs on a recent trip the Hubs took me on.  We celebrated 9 years together.     This sweet man took me on a dolphin cruise to see these wonderful creatures.  Wow!!  Just simply breath taking!    

I'm hoping the 2 lbs are from drinking too much soda LOL      Back to just water for a while....all and all a great time.  Just checking in with my FTS family...hope all have enjoyed their weekend

Congratulations on your 9 year anniversary and many more happy years ahead!  That sounds like a wonderful trip and the photos are beautiful    I'd happily put on 2lb to see dolphins! (and then also go to water).

Dolphins are phenomenal creatures!
When fishing the in Puget Sound here in Washington, at or just after sunset,
those guys would often swim on either side of my boat when we were under way.
They were almost in touching distance!... What fun!

Don't think twice about those 2 pounds... You know what to do to lose them quickly!

Congrats TooSweet - 9 years.  A good start to any marriage.  2lbs - consider it collateral damage.  Your skin probably inhaled the water and now you home it will evaporate

I'm pretty sure it was the increase in drinking sodas while we were eating out so much.  I'm down 1.5 already  LOL

This goes to show all the newbies out there how your weight will fluctuate so easily....don't be a slave to your scales    It's just a number!!

Great pics...congrats on your anniversary Umpa and I like allot of people on the east coast are preparing for the storm. I hope Joanne makes out OK on the Cape  We left NC yesterday and we're now in Alabama at our Bass fishin lake. We'll be here for the next month

it is very quiet now its 11:20 p.m. can't sleep, been on FTS for 1 week 3 pounds gone  this is sure a new way and I've tried them all.  Learning the ropes

I'm not sure where you hail from but here in Australia its 4.44pm in the afternoon, so no-one sleeping here at the moment.  You'll probably find that everyone on this forum has tried many many ways to become their true self.
There is such a fantastic support group here - any questions you want answered, any new recipes to try, a shoulder to cry on or someplace to vent.  We have it all.  Come often, post often.  There is usually someone about.
