Broccoli Salad
« on: October 31, 2012, 05:05:17 PM »
We needed a salad for a pot luck supper.

Cut up a head of broccoli
add a cup of Dukes Mayo
20 drops of Zero
2 tbls. of vinegar
Half a pound of fried bacon cut up
Half cup of shredded parmesan

Mix it up the night before and let sit in the fridge.

I could've ate it all myself.

When I first heard broccoli salad (even though I do like broccoli) I thought I don't think so, but after looking at the ingredients I thought it might be something I would make.

Do you cook the broccoli first or is it raw?

I thought about sunflower seeds Umpa, but I didn't have any around. I had some almonds in the freezer, but I didn't want to throw them in whole. Can you slice almonds?

sunflower seeds would be great too ;) Yes you can slice almonds. No nuts that are wicked salty though. The nuts give you another layer of flavor.Great recipe Moose ;)
