I think maybe because it isn't shelf stable and needs to be refrigerated.   ;)

I bought the Ranch this weekend.  Toosweet - which Blue cheese have you tried they had a Chunky Blue Cheese and I think the other was just Blue Cheese.  I wasn't sure about the Chunky?  :)

I'm a blue cheese lover so I always go for the chunky.  On the rare occasion they are out I do buy the other...they are both good Amber.

Hi Shawn! :)

We don't personally have (i.e. own) any restaurants.

However, restaurants in our area offer a chunky blue cheese sauce as a topping for steak.
Applebee's is one of them.
