Another benefit from FTS!!!

Several years ago, my husband and I did a stupid thing and cashed in our whole life insurance policies we had taken out when we were 22 years old.  :(  We later replaced my husband's policy, but we had NO idea how hard it would be for ME to get new life insurance at 376 pounds!   

A couple weeks ago (and 118 pounds less) I decided to try it again.  I got a decent quote, but they sent a nurse out to my house for a complete medical exam.  Today I got word that my blood work & blood pressure was SO good that the insurance company is giving me even LOWER monthly rate than first quoted!!  Thank you FTS!!

I also found out that life insurance companies rate you at your "nearest" age.  Apparently I applied just in time.  My policy is being made effective on 10/24/12.  I will be 50 on 4/25/13.  If I had waited another week to apply, I would have been given the rate for the folks 50 & over.  It was great timing....so I have to thank the Good Lord for that too!!   ;D
