Yep thats why in the instructions(beebs) it says to keep them in the fridge , the beanit butter firms back up.they will be in the new book! i am so happy you guys liked them!! ;D ;D ;D

I'm SO excited...my beanit butter came today and oh wow, it's GOOD stuff!!!  Even my kids like it so that's saying something!  Now to bake some cookies!!!

Just to clarify: the Beanit Butter is 0 net carbs (5g carbs - 5g fiber)?

Thanks Umpa. I've been checking out the forums since I bought the book a couple of months ago and I'm just now getting around to posting. You and Doug are absolutely awesome and I thank you for everything you guys do.

 :) i've got all ingredients except for xylitol..i have run out..so it has been re ordered..should be here by end of week...i've been looking at these biscuits longingly....yummy yummy yum yum.....xx
