UMPAS BEANIT BUTTER COOKIES

I'm getting my shipments from netrition and swanson Wednesday (tomorrow) and this is the first thing I'm going to make!  God bless you.  My hubby loves pb cookies so this will be great for both of us.

Umm well...Ive been uber busy so my mum made them for me....

Just made them and they are very delicate and crumbly.   Just getting them to the cooling rack they were falling apart.  I don't think I used enough beanitbutter ...for some reason I thought a jar was enough.  Taste good though.  Do they do better after in the frig?  Pretty expensive cookie so I won't be making these but once in a while but a nice treat.

Next time making the homemade chocolate.

Put them in the fridge after they cool to room temperature and they will firm back up.Its the soy peanut butter.I thought I put that in the recipe??i will check it and fix it.sorry Izzet. Doug also has a recipe for peanut butter cookies in the book maybe you will like that better.

I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I didn't like them I was thinking I did something wrong because they were falling apart...they taste yummy I just wasn't prepared for the lack of firmness. lol  Thank you for the recipe...I like that they are magically so low in carbs it's insane. lol  I'll try them after they've been in the frig for a while.

No Izzet , I have been so busy i wasn't sure i put the recipe in right! We just left the Florida Keys where i spent two weeks shutting down my house(hurricane shutters and all),packing our travel trailer, and getting two houses ready for rent while doug was traveling doing interviews for his book.(It was like 100 degrees!)Only to finally make it to the mountains to be met by my kids and handed my one year old grandson(who I adore) so they could go to Tennesse while i am trying to open my house and work! So I just figured I left something out of the recipe!
i am being fitted for my straightjacket today!!hahahahaha

  i've just made the biscuits but i burnt them..now to the annoyance of my number 1 son..who hates peaunt butter..the whole house smells of burnt peanut butter...i'm not very good at cooking me thinks...i'll have another go when i get some more ingredients...xx
