I was all out of the Beanit Butter, so I used I.M.Healthy unsweetened Soy Nut Butter.
They taste great.........the whole family liked them.
What would the carb count be?

I don't have any Beanit Butter yet. All I have is MaraNatha Organic Almond Butter and Peanut Butter. Would this work instead? Not sure if Beanit Butter is thicker ...

Thanks, joagain!

I'd love to make these, but my weight loss is at a complete halt, so I guess the last thing I need are cookies.  :'(
