Twinkies!

Hey Umpa - I saw this article recently on how to make your own Twinkies, and I immediately thought of you.  Is there a way to take this terribly unhealthy, no-nutritional-value snack and make it into something that tastes good but doesn't kill us over time?

If anyone can come up with an FTS friendly Twinkie its Umpa.  If she does, I think there is a fortune to be made...

Really??? :DI have done ding dongs and little debbie oatmeal cakes but never twinkies. I will be home in Florida the first week of december and I will do these then. I am still bass fishing in my camper

Here is one I've been looking at for a while.  http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/2010/07/twinkies.html   I just haven't tried them yet, I just don't like using coconut flour.  I bet you could use almond flour or flax meal with these.

The corn bread pans that look like corn cobs work for Twinkies.  I read a story about Twinkies once that said they were invented by someone looking for another use for that pan.
