I think I know what you are asking Jo.   You can use Umpa's chocolate chip recipe for the chocolate

Chocolate Chips
Ingredients

2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
1/4 cup xylitol
1/4 cup cream

Melt chocolate in microwave safe dish.
Take out of microwave and add xylitol and heavy whipping cream and mix well.
Pour out into 9x9 pan, plate or pie pan and put in the freezer.
Freeze for 3 hours. Once frozen break into pieces and use for recipes .
A pastry bag may be used to make chips also. Let chocolate come to room temperature and put in pastry bag and squeeze chips out onto parchment or wax paper. Then freeze and use as needed.

Each square in the box should be 1 oz each so to make enough for what you have listed make the recipe x 3.  I hope that helps....yummmm chocolate!!!   ;D ;D ;D

Hi Shawn! :)

Umpa's chocolate chips are fantastic on top of Carbsmart low carb ice cream! ;D ;D ;D
Add a little 50-50 raspberry on top and you've got a nice dessert!

Thanks for reminding me of them!

Umpa It is chocolate covered nuts you mix it all together then drop spoonfuls on to the pan and refrigerate till hard ,that is what I was trying to do with this recipe get it into the contest buti think i am too late LOL

Too sweets don't need chips I need to know how many squares is equal to 5.6 ounces of chocolate bars
So it seems I would need 5 squares,1 cup of xylitol and 1/2 heavy cream or more ,to equal the 2 chocolate bars . Is that correct ?

You've got the right idea Jo  ;D  I think you could play with it until it tastes right to you.  Looks like maybe some nut clusters on the way!!  I don't thinks it's too late to post it for the contest Jo...this would be a good one  ;) ;)

By the way thanks so much for posting the Pumpkin spice bars.   :)  I just made some, but I put it real thin and rolled it like a spiced pumpkin roll.  Wow....soooo good  LOL  I'll let you know how everyone likes them.  You should put that one in the contest too....just sayin  :D

I did it very carefully.  If you use parchment paper on the bottom of the pan, you can use that to help you roll it.  It cracks a bit here and there, but for the most part stays together.  I would imagine if you over bake it though it wouldn't do to well.   I put it in the freezer a bit to firm up so I could slice it thin.  I'll come back and post a picture as soon as I can download my holiday pictures from my camera.

Thanks again for sharing  ;D

Don't these look yummy??  LOL   Next to them are just toasted pecans that I piped the cream cheese frosting on and sprinkled with cinnamon.   Once frozen they were a super super good treat.
