Congrats to Everyone who Lost on Turkey Day :) I think I did okay and really felt happy eating the low carby things I created the nite before... I am very drawn twords all things sweet and could eat those punkin pies for breakfast, lunch and diner. I actually got to eat my Punkin Silk Sufle for breakfast with my coffee that morning and had a nice portion with the others at desert with cream on top... I am grateful to have a better way to eat stuff... and mostly grateful for the Happy Feeling and Zero Guilt and Regret Scale I can log at "0" each time I stay the course.
