I was just wondering if anyone tried this. And does the FTS family recommend it?

I've tried it. Tastes a lot like regular pasta but raises my blood sugar something fierce. I don't believe it's claims of indigestible carbs.

Hi, Jetfan! :)

Want to know what Doug thinks about Dreamfield Pasta?
Check the following threads:

You want to avoid anything that raises you blood sugar too much.
This pasta does not seem much better than other pasta noodles.

So glad I read this. I now threw out all my Dreamfields pasta. Using Shiritaki noodles instead.

That's the way to do it, Umpa! :) :) :)

When we have company, I will often make dishes like this that are easily taken for "normal" pasta meals and serve without mention of low carb.  Every time, I've gotten good to great reviews! ;D
