From a nursing stand point to keep it simple I have not seen one case where there has not been complications at some point during after or in recovery.

That's just downright sad!  :'(

It is very sad.  And desparate.  Don't people do any research before they just jump straight in?  I truly hope they do, because I would hate to think they do something so major without doing their homework.
