Hi, Momma! :)

If you find posting your daily menu, by all means, PLEASE continue to do so!
Besides eating too much whipped cream (a former weakness of mine), your menu looks good.

Doing a some exercise, even 3-4 times a week, will help your progress and overall health.
I have found that early morning walks to be the best solution for me.

Whatever exercise you choose:

1) Find a form of exercise you enjoy doing.
2) Start SLOW!
3) Remember that exercise will HELP your weight loss progress.
But nowhere near as much a watching what, and how much, you eat.
4) Every morning, refresh your commitment to get healthier by mentally reviewing the FTS rules.

It's interesting that you add sleep to your list.  I slept for 4 to 6 hours a night for years and it was really hard to add sleep.  It took almost a year before I could get 6 to 8 hours a night.  I think it was worth the effort.  Thanks for spotlighting sleep as a factor in over all health.

Thanks Andrea! I've been aware for years that a lack of sleep can deter weight loss! I am a night owl and tend to stay up way past when I should be in bed!  ::)
I'm trying to increase the amount of sleep that I get and the only way to do that is to focus on it! lol
Have a great day!  :D

Hi, Momma! :)

Andrea's right about the importance of sleep to our health.

My late sister was a night owl too, staying up VERY late at night.
As the year's past, the practice of staying up too late contributed to her declining health.
If she would have changed her ways, she might still be here with us.

So God bless you for working on that while you still have your health.
We want to have you around for many years to come! :)

If it accomplishes nothing else, two hours extra sleep a day means two hours less of eating.  ;D :o ;D

That's a good point. But... sleep accomplishes many things!

It's during sleep that our bodies do repair work, general maintenance & clean up, and weight loss! ;)

This is likely why we lose weight very slowly (if at all) when we're sleep deprived.

Aside from the fact that our bodies repair better during sleep, I would have thought our body would be using more energy keeping awake and repairing at the same time.

6.5 hours is a good night!  It was hard for me to give up the "productive time" and sleep more but I know I feel better and look much more relaxed.  Congrats on taking the information and making it work for you.
