You're in my prayers too, Rosie! :)

If you get away from sugar long enough, you'll notice your entire body feeling much better.

Sugar (carbs) cause inflammation and other problems... Sugar IS toxic!!!
And, inflammation is the cause of many of our discomforts.

Used to be, if I ate cheese, my sinuses would go into rebellion.
But since FTS, I eat it everyday without any problems! 8)

What you do today is what matters!

Jan, I too grew up Baptist, my dad was a Baptist minister, and yep remember all them dinner on the grounds hahaha always a reason to eat haha.
I need to update my ticker and start it all over again.
Jan I am so proud of you as you have went over 100 now right...wow, your pastor needed to know that;)
I will study those scriptures, thanks much.
With God all things are possible

Thanks Rosie.  Up until recently, my husband and I have kind of disappeared into the crowd at this church and didn't really know anybody.  In January Phil started serving on the "tech team", so I joined the "greeter team".  (It takes 300 people serving at each service.)  I always keep my before pictures handy and ready to share, but I'd be terrified to share my story in front of thousands like that guy did Sunday.   One of these days when I'm closer to my goal, maybe I'll get up some nerve..... ;D

Hang in there Rosie and just know that we are all here for you!
