Progress via Pictures- Ditch the Scale

Decided to give the scale a break for alittle bit and really focus on how I feel and how my clothes are fitting. I am continuing to lose weight slow and steady  ;D Morgan hoping this gives you a "little"bit of inspiration to keep on going girlfriend I have faith in you! The first pic is of my nephew and I when I started this journey and the second one is from this past weekend at my twin nephews Baptism

Looking good - well absolutely FANTASTIC steph. 

I'm sure you agree steph that it's a pain when everyone elses weight just drops off and ours is like a glacier slide, bit by bit  :D

The only thing I can think of is to stop all treats - even omm and sf jelly, and just keep to protein, protein and more protein (and some greens of course), but hey that wears a bit thin at times.

Morgan I was going to mention that to you when you posted that you have them regular.  I'm with you though....it does wear a bit thin for me too.  Maybe if you give them up for a week it will give you the nudge that you need.  Then just slip them in here and there instead of daily ???  I gasp at the thought myself but the sweets seem to stop my scale in it's tracks every time  :-\

Goog job stephanie -- have any pic updates?  And, you're right Morgan about the sweets, maybe having something every day isn't too good an idea.  I'm going to change it up and do less this week and see what it does to my fat loss -- think I'm going to call it "fatt loss" now instead of 'weight loss".
