Hi, Morgan! :)

As you can see Morgan, there's far too much positive evidence about low carb living from medical professionals to be ignored.
Plus there's evidence from others like me right here that only prove it to be true.

So, whenever you see another article or program stating that low carb is bad for your health, you'll know what to do with it... Ignore it!

Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents worth.....  I agree with Sherri.  I have never been more healthy and happy as I am now!  FTS is the WAY for me.  Also, my physician is totally on board with the plan too.  I actually took my FTS book to his office for him to review it!  I have been having routine blood work every six months while on this plan...and the numbers just don't lie.  I'll never forget my visit when he looked at my chart and said, "You have lost over 100 pounds now!"   ;D  Makes doctor visits kind of fun !!

My physician is:  Timothy Flynn, MD
Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes, & metabolism
Northeast Georgia Physicians
Oakwood, GA

What a trash of a study!  This people are connected some how by the big companies to promote lies about low Carb living!  I guess my health and energy that I have now are an illusion then right?

This study?   Lies, lies, lies....just something for the media to feed us speculative, sensational, unsubstantiated drivel.  Sometimes you just have to avoid watching stuff like that.

It must have been a slow news day, so they pulled that out of a hat somewhere.
