Impossible fish
« on: April 12, 2013, 09:58:34 AM »
Hello! Thank you for reading! I have been spending my last two days reading the book and so far I LOVE it but I want to ask something I always do and most people tell me I have to have it on my weekly diet. What can I do if I can't eat fish? I'm not allergic entirely, I don't get any medical issue but I just simply can't eat it. As I kid I almost choked with a piece of tilapia and shrimp so after that moment why I try to eat fish my body instantly rejects them and starts provoking itself to vomit even though I just smell it. The only product I can eat for some reason is tuna, and mostly is the canned one. I know fish helps you lose a lose of weight because my brother proved it to me but I just simply can't eat it, what can I do about it? Help!

Just eat low carb foods re chicken, canned ok, cold cuts watch salt, and all other low carb foods.
If you can't eat fish, don;t worry about it. Just keep it sample and the lbs will drop off good luck.
Failure can be measured by the steps we don't take.

There are lots of high protein recipes in Fat To Skinny books and in this forum. I love fish but don't eat much. I'm on a tight budget so I get only eat what I find on good sale, which is usually chicken.

That does sound good, Umpa! :) :) :)

But I think I'll use green olives stuffed with pimentos.
They are lower carb than black olives.
And the pimento would add even more flavor! 8)
