I'm happy you got rid of both habits also, and umpa and toowsweet and others............
Oh the land of OZ and his ideas.....I would not want to use virtual lapband hypnotherapy......THAT SAID.....
I have MP3 tapes from Tom Nicoli. I did research about Tom Nicoli, and he was featured on a Dateline article about
weight loss hypnotherapy. He is well known, and I think very highly of him. Being a Christian I had a concern about turning over my thoughts to an MP3 while I was not completely aware what they said, so I listened to the tapes objectively to hear what was being said, and I approved of the messages. While the MP3's (I call them tapes also) do not "cause" me to
lose weight, when I use the tapes, I find I am more relaxed and more in control of most everything in my life and that contributes to my success with losing weight. They help me sleep better (I have a diagnosed sleep disorder -- and working a night shift doesn't help), and especially the MP3 about exercise does help my motivation to exercise. I'm so glad this came up because I have not been using them lately, and think they could help me with sleep, stress, exercise motivation again. Especially with the family issues going on recently, I think it will help me relax better. He does have a MP3 about "low carb", but I've not downloaded that yet. I may do so though....
Just my two cents since the question was asked.....like anything though....it's just a tool, and a tool you have to consistently use for it to be effective...
