Online we have iherb.com (USA) postage is usually $6.00 for 4lbs, lowcarbcentral.com.au (Aus) postage starts at $9.00, lowcarbzone.com.au (Aus) has a flat rate of $12, Empower.com.au (Aus) postage $4.95/order and has equivalent lo-carb tortillas (3c/pce) and a great low carb tomato sauce. I have attempted Amazon.com (USA) but the postage usually costs more than the items you are trying to purchase.
Safeway supermarket carries a Macro brand almond flour that is 1.2c/30g (equiv to the NOW brand commonly used on this site). If you check out your local health food shops they sometimes stock the tortillas, sauces and xylitol (sugar substitute).
If you are after something specific, drop me a line and I will help if I can. After a year, I think I have tracked down nearly everything. Whether I have bought it or not is another thing. Postage is a bit of a pain.
