"side effects"
« on: June 15, 2010, 07:25:45 PM »
I will try to be as delicate as possible here, I don't want to be thrown off the website on my 2nd. day.....is it normal to experience some "gastro-intestinal issues"?

Also, am I correct that the limit is 20 carbs per day?

Thanks!

absolutely, you're changing your diet..this will all balance out. If you're eating sugar free ice cream or candy back off on serving sizes. Don't worry about being honest...you're among friends.

The first month that I changed my families eating habits with the book, my 11 year old son asked if it was okay that his poop was green. LOL So yes it does change somethings.  :) :) :) :) :) :)
