How many eggs a day are too many?

Hi Doug and Umpa -

I find myself eating alot of eggs lately.
My favorite meal lately is Egg Fu Young and I love deviled eggs etc.
How many is too many?

Don't worry, I've never met anyone who's OD'D on eggs :) You may want to buy egg beaters for your egg fu young or other beaten egg dishes. Use whole eggs for deviled eggs, fried eggs etc... We use both.

I was thinking about all the "egg controversy" you see on tv and read about...
that's all...I will buy some Egg Beaters to have on hand as well, does that taste pretty good?
