Hey everyone!

Seems like forever since I have been here on the forum!  Just going too many different directions I guess.

My quick success story - 2 years ago I weighed 258 and was not exercising at all.  I found Doug's book in a Barnes and Noble and started the FTS eating a few days later.  One year later I had lost 80 pounds, and was elated to find that I could do something I hadn't done in a long time - I was running again.

This morning at 4 am I went out and ran 15 miles.  This is my longest run ever and is what I needed to feel confident about signing up for my first marathon in the fall (Space Coast Marathon in Cocoa, Florida on December 1).

Forever grateful to Doug and Umpa and all that they have done to make the world a healthier place!

And I'm so happy that your life and health have so improved, thanks to FTS.

And like you, I'll go to my grave being thankful to Doug and Umpa for sharing this blessing with us all.

I'll never forget the first morning I woke up and was past detoxing.
I was moving around 3-4 inches from the floor! ;D

I felt AMAZINGLY GREAT!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

thanks Umpa & Tony :)  I could sure use some more energy!  My body may actually be able to handle aerobics, and weight training...maybe I'll reach one of my lifelong goals of being buff for once. ;D

You have to eat balanced meals noel.this isnt atkins.go into the book and look at some meal plans.this is a life style change not a diet;D
