Hey jan congrats on your daughters wedding ! I will be posting pics of Tyler soon he has really changed his body he is working out at planet fitness . Man to have a young body and see how those muscles pop out quick when you are young .
He will be 18 sept 6th , I will be 51 Aug 3rd . Was suppose to be fit at 50 but did to make it oh well maybe at 52 LOL
Tyler is it losing much weight because he is replacing muscle for fat but he is losing inches and he is down like 5 pounds which is pretty good since he is just a few pounds overweight ,but he wants to be it and stop it before it gets out of hand . His A1C at 5.5 is great !
I have lost 12- 13 pounds so far ,slow and steady this time I will not get discouarged as long as I know I am eating right nt going to stress with the scale  ::) I am a slow loser and learner  ;)

Way to go Jo!  You are doing great!   I am so happy that Tyler is doing so well too!  There is a Planet Fitness close to my office in town.  They offer an amazing deal on membership.  Not sure how all the other gyms stay in business with these folks in town!

Congrats to your son Tony!  I love it that our families are growing!  Madison & Russell are having a little private wedding,so we had a BIG party for the shower a couple weeks ago.  It was so much fun.  I hope both couples will be VERY happy!

Hey Doug!!  So glad y'all never forget us even if we are MIA for months at a time!   :D

Thanks Umpa still cant believe I came up with it . We like to half the recipe so it will be thin ,get the grease  real hot before pouring it in so the bottom is real crunchy . I am glad you like it though .

Here is the link Taby  ;)  http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=1302.45  I'm sure you don't have to use the greese, you could use whatever you usually use to keep things from sticking to the pan  ;D
