Here is my last entry I'm so excited for today to be here
I haven't even eaten anything yet but here is what happened the last couple of days and what is planned for today.
Day 12
Coffee x2
2 egg scramble with bacon and cheese = 2 net carbs
Out with the family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday again
fajita Steak salad = sautéed flank steak with onion and fajita seasoning Lettuce, 2 Tbs. salsa and 2 Tbs. sour cream. = 7 net carbs
8 oz. sugar free almond milk = 0 net carbs
1 serving (about ½ worth) chips made out of lavish bread = 4 net carbs
2 Tbs. palmetto cheese dip = 2 net carbs
Day 13
Coffee x 2
Pepperoni with cheese slices= 0 net carbs
1 oz. roasted almonds = 2 net carbs
Nachos made with taco meat (seasoned with my own seasonings)
