Week 2 I'm down 2 pounds.  I think I would have done better if I had not gone to Carrabba's last Friday.  I had the chicken Marsala with steam broccoli water to drink.  No bread no pasta, however when I woke up Saturday my knees were hurting so i'm thinking there had to be some kind of wheat in my dish.   I was unprepared for the weekend so I end up eating salad and chili from Wendy's Saturday and Sunday for my lunch breaks.  All in all I'm happy with my 2 lb loss this week.

Yeah Frosty!! I eat at Carrabas all the time.The chefs will do whatever you like ;)

When you order dishes that have sauces, most of them will contain any one or more wheat or rice flour, cornstarch, sugar, or sugary syrups.

It's a good idea to tell your server that you must avoid those items for health reasons.
Restaurants want happy customers and will do what they can to accommodate you. ;)
