Wonderful Easy Low Carb Swedish Meatballs...........YUMMY!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 jar Heinz Home Style Gravy, your choice of flavors...Chicken, Turkey or Beef...I like Chicken
toothpicks
Olive oil for frying
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Directions
1- Mix all your ingredients except the gravy, olive oil and fresh parsley
2- Roll the meat into 1 inch round balls (Bite size)
3- In a large skillet over medium high heat brown all sides of the meat balls,
4- Remove the balls and drain the fat.
5- Place the balls back into the skillet over medium low heat, pour in the gravy, add more if needed and gently move the balls around to cover well.
6- Cover the pan and simmer for 8 more minutes
7- Spread the balls out onto a serving platter and stick a toothpick into each one. Sprinkle the tops with fresh chopped parsley. Re- season with salt and pepper to taste and serve at room temperature
